How do I choose the right sofas?
Measure the wall space and leave room to move around it — about 30 inches for walkways. Sit-test for cushion firmness and seat depth, pick an upholstery (performance fabric or leather) that suits kids and pets, and if it has to clear a tight doorway or staircase, measure that too.
